My key aim is to provide a fun football environment where players demonstrate a respectful attitude towards other players, parents, coaches and officials.

All training sessions are designed to allow players the opportunity to reflect upon and share their ideas, whilst also allowing them to develop and improve technically, physically and socially.

I place a huge emphasis on creating an environment that helps to educate players and parents alike, improving their understanding of 'The Beautiful Game'!!!

Originally helping out with coaching for the Under 5's I have now been  involved with Phoenix F.C for almost 3 years as both a coach and proud parent!

Having been asked by Chris to help with his team in the summer of 2013, I am now involved in all apsects of the Under 10's, both in a coaching and matchday capacity. I will also be undertaking my FA Level 1 qualification this coming August / September.

I love to see the pride the lads take in their performance, improving their confidence levels and working as a team whilst trying to instill a pass & move football philosophy that will see them playing attractive football for years to come!!!
